• To act as ultimate arbitrator on disputes relating to domestic Floorball within the GBFF.

• To arrange GBFF meetings and ensure distribution of the agenda, minutes and decisions in a timely manner.

• Provision of financial control in accordance with the GBFF Club Treasurer Guidelines.
• To perform financial control of all bank accounts held by GBFF, funds relating to GBFF and responsibility of financial reporting on behalf of GBFF.
• To provide regular (monthly) reporting of budget and expenditure and forecasts of anticipated spend.
• To provide regular (monthly) cash flow reports.

Reports to: President

• To propose strategic marketing strategies for endorsement by the GBFF Central "Core" Committee.
• To co-ordinate the marketing of the GBFF and the sport of "Floorball" within Great Britain and in relation to the activities of all British Club and National teams, in accordance with the strategies agreed by the GBFF Central "Core" Committee.
• To convene meetings of the local marketing representatives.
• To co-ordinate the activities of local marketing representatives.
• To prepare and / or co-ordinate the preparation and publication of marketing material for the GBFF and events.
• To ensure compliance with marketing budgets set by the GBFF Central "Core" Committee.

Andrew Clough

Refereeing Director

Reports to: Vice President

• To Chair referee meetings and meetings of the refereeing committee.
• To co-ordinate referee training.
• To run courses to train referee trainers.
• To prepare refereeing schedules as requested by regional tournament organisers.
• To convene the refereeing committee for disciplinary actions and appeals as appropriate.
• To propose strategic reforms to referee training and scheduling to the GBFF Central Committee.

 

Simon Ross

Youth Development Officer

(Marketing and Development Sub-committee)
Reports to: Marketing Director

• To prepare, present and agree strategic development objectives for Floorball within Great Britain for players under the age of 18.
• To develop and co-ordinate a network of Floorball youth development officers across Great Britain.
• To work with the marketing director in preparing promotional material aimed at the youth market.
• To work with local organisers in developing the sport to a level sufficient to sustain tournaments for the youth market.
